Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients
2 eggs
1/3 cup of cream
salt
butter
1. Mix ingredients together gently
3. Pan on a medium to high heat, butter pan generously and pour mixture in.
4. Let it set for 20 seconds like an omelette. (resist temptation to touch eggs)
5. With a wooden spoon, gently fold the eggs to the centre of the pan.
6. Cook for 20 more seconds.
